1. Who we are
CoreWave Media ("we", "us") is a digital product studio. This policy explains what personal data we collect through corewave.media, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
For any privacy question — including requests to access or delete your data — contact hello@corewave.media.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a project brief or contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, budget range, and whatever you write in the message field.
Information collected automatically. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page) and, if you opt in, a push-notification subscription token.
We do not collect payment card details on this site, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
3. Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and scope potential work. To operate and secure the site. To send you updates you explicitly signed up for.
Our lawful bases are your consent (for marketing and push notifications) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping the site running.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run this site on our behalf: our hosting provider, our database provider, and our transactional email provider. Each processes data on our instructions only.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.
5. How long we keep it
Project enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
Email hello@corewave.media and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies
This site uses only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to keep it working. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
