1. These terms

By using corewave.media you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website and the free tools published on it. Client engagements are governed separately by a signed statement of work, which takes precedence over anything here.

2. Using the site

You may browse the site and use the free tools for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or use it to process unlawful content.

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.

3. The free tools

Tools published under /saas are provided as-is and free of charge. Some are labelled as previews and are not intended for production use.

You keep ownership of anything you upload or generate. We make no guarantee of availability, accuracy, or output quality, and we are not responsible for how you use the output.

4. Intellectual property

The site design, copy, brand assets, and code are owned by CoreWave Media. Case studies and client work shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed with permission.

You may not reproduce substantial parts of the site without our written consent.

5. Enquiries are not a contract

Submitting a project brief does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed. Pricing shown on the site is indicative. Work begins only once a scope, timeline, and fee are agreed in writing.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of the site or the free tools.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Questions go to hello@corewave.media.
